Reckless Abandon

In my ever increasing pursuit of a life of reckless abandon I've come to walk the dog in the middle of the night, work on house renovations in sandals and drink coffee after 12 noon. And to top it all off have turned to a life of poetry.

I've started some new blogs and here is a short Haiku... wait... all Haiku's are short, that I published online fitting the 5-7-5 parameters depending on how you define 'on' (moras).

So you think I have a problem with baby boomers? ... Don't we all?

Were expecting something mushy? ... Sorry!

I'll comment on my own post. (starving to death for attention I now allow anonymous posters)

The mid line very well could be 9, because diphthongs are 1 'on' (making the 's' at the end of the words another 'on'?), but that can't be helped. I'm thinking the last could be 6. So how do I change it to match the first line with 5?

That's how. It keeps with the point of the poem depending on how you look at it.
